Ive taken up surfing! We do half an hour of yoga to warm up then 60 minutes of surfing and then a 15 minute warm down of yoga.
The surfing is absolutely amazing. Not that I can do it yet! I'm still just getting up to my knees. My son however, is doing great. He can get up on his board and surf for a little bit now.
Its easier for me to tell you which parts of my body do not hurt the next day. If you want an all-over work out then this is for you.

I've been to the beach loads this summer. Its probably the best summer we've had for ages.
